easy application process

step 1: application

Complete our form and apply. You will be asked to provide your information along with a video and/or pictures of past performances.

step 2: app review

Once we receive your application, our Juneteenth Committee will review and get back to you via email whether the application has been approved or rejected.

step 3: approved and ready to go!

After going through the requirements, you will be good to go! All information about the event, including where to report, etc. will be sent to you through email.
